Great little gem in Orange Walk
My wife and i stayed there for a day back in early Oct 2015. We arrived very early and even so they let us checkin early without extra fees etc. The room was quaint but had a private bathroom and all the necessities. The restaurant part is great, air conditioned and the staff were awesome! They had tourist maps and we bought the Lamanai tour off them which was a great day activity! If we go back to Orange Walk we will definitely stay there.

Literally the best night's sleep in Orange Walk!
I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience at Hotel De La Fuente. I keep on coming back here because it is not only the best deal, but also the most restful sleep that I have had in my time here. The premium rooms have everything that you need - great coffee, a/c, fridge and great beds. I stayed in the back building and got to wake up to a lovely view of the sun rising over the river and tropical birds outside of the window. So much privacy and a great breakfast. And all for such a reasonable price! DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone traveling through who needs some good sleep and a place with good wifi to get work done. Thanks again! I'll definitely be back.

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable
Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with cold A/C. A pleasant surprise in the heart of Orange Walk. Breakfast every morning was excellently prepared: french toast, bacon, scrambled eggs, coffee.

Very clean and comfortable hotel in Orange Walk with a wonderful staff
Very clean and comfortable hotel in Orange Walk with a wonderful staff. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Staff was amazing. Very helpful and kind. Delicious hot breakfast. All were reasonably priced. Owner very friendly. Also owns the Maracas Restaurant which I highly recommend. Only open Thurs-Sunday. Highly recommend.

A Sweet Jem of a Find
We came dirty, tired, and strung out from Caye Caulker, and had found a place in Orange Walk online that was a disaster when we showed up (Ricky's). We decided to just walk around town and see what else we could find. The Orchid Palm Inn looked super cute with an incredible garden, but we walked a little further and found Hotel de la Fuente. For $40/night (which was a splurge for our budget, but we were exhausted and filthy from a hovel on Caye Caulker), we got a comfy bed, extra blanket, clean towels and plenty of them, free coffee and hot tea any time we wanted it, a cute porch to hang out on, *excellent* recommendations for a cheap and delicious dinner, and a shower with hot water and great water pressure. I've never been so happy to spend a few dollars extra. We stayed an extra night because Orange Walk was so easy and fun. The street tacos at the park were amazing, and the hotel even lent us bikes free of charge. A great, great stay!

Best hotel in Belize
We stayed 3 nights here and would have been happy to stay many more. The "premium" room in the back (105) was excellent. It was comfortable, cute, and had a great bathroom with huge shower and actual water pressure! You have to walk down a fairly steep driveway to get back there, but it was no problem for us and they let you drive your rig down to unload your luggage. The parking lot is about a block away, but free. The staff was extremely accomodating and kind and went out of their way to point us in the right direction. They arranged for us to have laundry done and also arranged our Lamanai ruins tour. I would stay here again in a minute. I did not see the non "premium" rooms, so cannot comment on those. The value was great for the minimal price $70 a night USD. Also, the breakfast, though not free, was fantastic. I had "The Belizean", which I will attach a photo and was extremely delicious. A+
